The Proctor Speedway will push back the 2013 racing season by a week due to wet conditions.

Brady Smith of Solon Springs, WI became the fifth driver in the 40 year history
of the Silver 1000 to win the Late Model feature back to back joining Jeff
Hinkemeyer (‘81, ‘82), Rick Aukland (‘88, ‘89), John Kaanta (‘02, ‘04) and Jeff
Provinzino (‘09, ‘10). Kaanta was the runner up in this years edition.
On hand were 33 WISSOTA Late Models matching the 2011 total along with
38 WISSOTA Modifieds. The stands were filled to bursting with race fans as were
the vehicle parking spots that ring half the track, one of the best crowds of the
