Plans and implements sales and marketing plans, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new clients.
Develops and implements marketing and sales plans. Sets goals to help meet the LRA goals.
Plans advertising and promotion activities as needed to meet the needs of potential clients.
Develops and recommends product pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term relationship.
Ensures effective control of contracts, and takes corrective action to guarantee the contract is fulfilled.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with key strategic partners.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Meets with key clients and builds relationships, negotiates and closes deals.
Invoices and collects money from executed contracts.
Assists with publications relating to marketing.
Prepare monthly status update/forecast for next month and sends it to chair of advertising committee by end of month.

As a supervisor, a concession manager carries out all operational duties, including opening and closing the concession stand, closing out the cash registers, cleaning buildings and equipment, and maintaining inventory levels to reduce spoilage and waste.
Propose budget, menu and pricing to Concession Committee; negotiate pricing with vendors and employees
Keeping the concession stand running for each race night (Sunday’s May-August) and a few other events.
Schedule employees to work each event and staff each stand; review time cards and approve for payroll;
Provide training for employees on how operate equipment, stock food containers, cleaning buildings and equipment, inventory and cash handling
Close the stand at the end of the night, cleaning the stand, including any cooking machines, at the end of each day; leftover food will be put away, stored or given away as needed, Empty Trash.
Set up cash banks, retrieving money from cash drawers.
Order sufficient amounts of food and beverages to operate at each concessions site for the week. Prevent spoilage and maintain an accurate inventory.
Acquiring any required Permits & Inspections.
Addressing any problems with the Lakehead Racing Association and Concessions Committee Chair.
Provide opening & year-end deep cleaning of each concession stand to prepare for season opening and winter.
Must be at all race events. (see schedule at Proctorspeedway.com) 15-20 hours per week.
